- Step 1. Initial Meeting
- Step 2. First proof: You will have three designs/concepts to choose from. Select one or choose a combination of designs. Major design changes occur at this stage.
- Step 3. Second proof: This proof will include all design and copy changes. Minor changes can occur on this proof.
- Step 4. Final proof: This last proof is for final sign-off and authorization that all changes are correct and the file is ready to print.
